Do I need a card to try it?
Yes. The trial runs with your card on file at Stripe and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel from Billing in one click and you won't be charged.
Do you charge tax?
Prices exclude tax. Puerto Rico IVU or any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address and shown on the Stripe invoice.
How do I cancel?
From Billing, anytime, without calling anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your workspace becomes read-only and you can export opportunities, contacts and activity as CSV whenever you want. If you come back, it's all still there.
How are users counted?
Each plan includes a number of seats. If you invite more people they are billed per seat and appear prorated on your next invoice.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Billing. Changes are prorated and features update immediately — no migration, no new account.
Can I pay by transfer?
Recurring billing runs through Stripe (card). For invoicing another way, write to us and we'll look at it case by case.
